Years in Practice: 4-10

I am a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, specializing in Massage Therapy and Yoga Instruction. I graduated in 2018 from the International College of Holistic Studies. Currently I serve as an active member of the California Chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association where I enjoy learning and continuing to develop my skills. My training consists of Swedish, Circulatory, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Aromatherapy, Hot Stones, Sound Healing, Yoga and Meditation. I blend these techniques in order to customize a therapeutic experience for each client.
